SSSP Awards

As part of its mission to advance basic and applied scientific research in all areas of school psychology, SSSP supports several research awards each year. These awards recognize scholars at different career stages, support dissertation research, and promote research focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and international initiatives.

Feb 1 — Request for Proposals distributed via listservs and on the SSSP website
Apr 01 — Research proposal deadline
May 15 — Award recipients will be notified
Jul 1–Jun 30 — Funding period
Dec 31 — Summary of work completed by awardee due to SSSP Director of Research

Fall

Sep 1 — Request for Proposals distributed via listservs and on the SSSP website
Nov 1 — Research proposal deadline
Dec 15 — Award recipients will be notified
Feb 1–Jan 31 — Funding period
Jul 31 — Summary of work completed by awardee due to SSSP Director of Research

Please note that it is SSSP’s policy that no indirect costs (IDC) will be allocated for any of the awards.
